Power troubleshooting

My system will not turn on. What can I do?

Please try the following:

  • Try plugging the system into a different wall outlet
  • If the system is plugged into an extension cable, try plugging directly into a wall outlet. The extension cable could be faulty
  • Try a reset. Unplug the system from the power for 60 seconds. Remove the battery. Plug the system in without the battery, and try to power on your iPod®
  • If possible, try another source using the Aux jack or try another iPod®. The issue may be specific to the iPod® you’re using
